NxtWall provides great design that not only looks good, but is functional. Because each project is unique, we provide drawings which include a 3-D rendering to help visualize the space, as well as drawing plans and elevations so that you can see each individual wall and its specifications. Also included in the quote request packet is a firm detailed proposal. When available, we’ll even provide value engineered options or even upgrades such as double pane to strengthen STC ratings. Tim Gunter, NxtWall’s in-house design team leader loves his job! In a recent American International School of Utah (AISU) project, Tim took an idea and created a viable project within the AISU’s time and budget constraints. Gunter said, “the AISU project was challenging but ultimately rewarding when the outcome turned out so well”. Here at NxtWall, each project offers its own challenges. Nxtwall’s design team provides both Elevation drawings (side view) and Plan Drawings (top view) to provide the customer with information such as the specific wall locations in a project and specifications such as wall substrates, heights, and lengths.
Misc, Callout, and Detail Drawings
These types of drawings may be included by NxtWall’s design team as a way to provide more detail on a specific wall section, install condition, or door layout.
